
Territory Supervisor (TS)
The Territory Supervisor (TS) is a part-time position responsible for supervising a group of Retail Merchandisers within a specific geography. Retail Merchandisers maintain card departments and outposts for both everyday and seasonal products. They also participate in installation activities, including building Hallmark fixtures, moving card departments, installing new stores, and store relocations.

Responsibilities:
1) Supervise/Manage Service:
- Supervise a team of 5 to 10 Retail Merchandisers, ensuring well-maintained card departments and timely execution of programs.
- Document and manage performance with manager feedback and input.
- Handle retailer concerns and execution issues by collaborating with store management and retail merchandisers.
- Work typically Monday through Friday, with weekend work during major holiday periods.
2) Department Remodels and Resets:
- Prepare, direct, and follow-up on installation projects involving resetting product and building fixtures.
- Lead or participate in major installations as needed.

Physical Requirements - All Positions
This job is physically demanding, requiring high energy and urgency. You will work on the selling floor and in back stockrooms, needing to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds occasionally. You may also need to stoop, squat, walk, stand, and climb stairs or step ladders.

Part-time employees with schedules less than 30 hours have access to voluntary benefits, including dental and vision insurance. The hourly pay for this position is up to $22.00.
