Rate of Pay:

Starting at $15.00 per hour, with a maximum of $16.25 per hour. No current opportunities for promotion or transfer to other locations.

What does a member of our Crew Team get to do?

• Keep the restaurant clean and looking great
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
• Prepare and serve McDonald's food
• Ensure positive customer experiences
• Collaborate with Crew and Managers to meet goals

All you'll need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn, and the capability to excel in a fast-paced team environment. You must be 16 years or older to work as a Crew Member.

This posting contains some information about working in a McDonald’s restaurant, but it is not a complete job description. Tasks you will be trained on and may perform include:

• Sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, equipment, surfaces, windows, walls, tables, and seating
• Putting up advertising displays and decorations
• Taking out trash, recycling, and composting
• Stocking food and supplies
• Food preparation tasks including prepping, frying, grilling, baking, toasting, assembly, and presentation
• Brewing coffee, preparing shakes and blended drinks, and dispensing sodas
• Assisting customers with ordering
• Taking customer orders and processing payments
• Serving food and beverages
• Following food safety guidelines and maintaining a clean and safe environment
