We are currently seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Business Analyst to join the IT Change Management team in supporting and optimizing the IT System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). As a member of the Change Management team, you will assist in overseeing the production system change control processes; establish IT release/maintenance calendars; coordinate outages with business stakeholders; review proposed changes to IT infrastructure and applications; and uphold adherence to audit documentation standards.
Essential Functions:
- Provide oversight over the SDLC process in the development of new systems and enhancements to existing information systems.
- Oversee IT change requests for Production implementation within the enterprise change management workflow system, including participation in the Change Authorization Board (CAB).
- Prepare process documentation and IT control execution evidence to support audit and Sarbanes-Oxley/ISO/NIST compliance requirements.
- Team with business and IT stakeholders across the enterprise on projects to optimize the Change Management process.
- Manage and maintain IT change/maintenance calendar to ensure IT changes are implemented with minimal impact to business operations.
- Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders to develop IT communications and Knowledge Base articles as needed to drive awareness/understanding of IT changes.
- Perform process rationalization to identify opportunities for Change Management process optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma certifications
- Defense industry manufacturing segment working background.
- IT business/industry work experience with IT regulatory compliance and information security related experience.
- Prior working experience applying ITIL best practices to Change and SDLC Management.
- Demonstrated ability to perform risk assessment and develop risk mitigation strategies associated with IT change management control objectives.
- Prior working knowledge of service request tracking systems (i.e., ServiceNow, Jira, Workday)
- Prior experience leading projects with general supervision and using project management tools to drive to on-time project completion.
- Utilize quality assurance principles to uphold operational execution excellence.
- Rigorous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York State is $71,500-$132,500. For California, Seattle, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State and New York City, the salary range for this role is $82,500-$153,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
