Survey CAD Technician

Compensation: $28.00 - $35.00 / hour

Verdantas is a national consulting group seeking a talented CAD Technician to join our team in the Mentor, Ohio office.



Responsibilities:

• Prepares, process and survey existing conditions drawings, survey plats and surveys


• Performs Baseline mapping


• Develops drawings in conformance with company and industry standards and codes


• Close coordination is required with the project surveyors and team members while preparing drawings

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree preferred


• 3+ years experience with creating existing conditions surveys to include topographic and control drawings based on field collected data with publicly available information


• Proficient with any of the following: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Micro Station (Open Roads)


• Relevant design experience in survey drafting, right of way, and utilities


• Creating plan and profile documents that conform with specifications


• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
