Key Responsibilities

As a Behavior Consultant, you will manage a designated caseload and provide comprehensive services, including:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and designing individualized behavior support plans.
  • Providing consultation and guidance on the implementation of behavior support programs in home, community, and work environments.
  • Training staff, family members, and stakeholders on behavior support plan implementation.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure integrated, therapeutic services.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, School Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, ABA, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in human services or behavioral health, with a focus on behavior management and/or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and related software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines.
