Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to the Guest Relations & Advocacy team.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient and guest experiences.
- Establish and promote a best-in-class hospitable experience across the continuum of the care experience.
- Advocate for patient rights and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate on the creation and implementation of patient and family information designed to educate and elevate the experience.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, social work, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in patient relations, guest services, or a related field within a healthcare setting.
