Shipping & Receiving Associate

A Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation business is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join the team at our warehouse facility to help with shipping and receiving, product assembly, and product testing.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare packages for shipment
• Receive shipments promptly into our system
• Generate accurate shipping labels and documents
• Work with a team to assemble and test products
• Help maintain a clean and orderly work area

Ideal Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shipping / receiving, pick and pack, manufacturing, fabrication, assembly or other related fields
• Very comfortable using email and workflow management programs on a computer
• Enjoy working hands on with electronics
• Attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Strong work ethic

This is a full time position starting ASAP with the opportunity to transition to full time with benefits.

Pay is a competitive entry level rate.
