General Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our operations in Cape Coral, FL for the entire state of Florida. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of leadership experience in the HVAC industry or a related service work field. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational expertise and a proven track record of driving growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Strategic and Operational Leadership : Lead the development and execution of strategic plans while ensuring efficient and compliant daily operations.
• Financial Oversight : Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to achieve business objectives.
• Sales, Marketing, and Client Relations :Drive growth through strategic sales and marketing efforts while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Product and Service Management : Oversee the innovation, quality, and delivery of core products and commercial services.

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and operational excellence.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
• Understanding of the Southeast HVAC market and established relationships within the industry.
