IT AMS Lead

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for building out the robust regional IT infrastructure and promote a high performing service delivery culture providing excellent IT support and service solutions based on the clear understanding of ByteDance global IT strategy.
• Implement long term IT management strategy to ensure alignment with the regional IT development and sustainment goals; responsible for day to day IT management across system, network, desktop service, audio and video, information security, office construction, etc.
• Develop scalable roadmaps for the company's major IT projects and lead its execution to provide reliable systems, effective services and solutions that will meet with the business needs
• Build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders and ensure the IT teams will be able to deliver required support and solutions across the company

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in team management and IT infrastructure or IT service-related fields; work experience in the Internet/technology industry preferred
• Experience in project management and IT process optimization
• Ability to formulate and implement IT strategy, familiar with IT industry's best practices
• Strong Communication skills and proficient in data analytics

Compensation Description (Annually):

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156000 - $291200 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
