Duties And Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of pest control services.
• Manage and develop a team of fumigation professionals, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of service delivery.
• Implement strategic plans to achieve branch sales goals, increase market share, and maximize revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on pest control solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor branch performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data and implementing improvement strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies at all times.
• Collaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices, optimize operational efficiency, and achieve company objectives.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of pest control service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to enhance service offerings.
• Prepare and manage branch budgets, control expenses, and analyze financial reports to maintain profitability.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pest control industry, fumigation experience is a plus, with a proven track record in branch or operations management.
• Strong knowledge of pest control practices, regulations, and treatment methods - Fumigation Experience a Plus!
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong business acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and sales forecasting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, employees, and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid pest control certification or license in compliance with state regulations.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for reporting, scheduling, and data analysis.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.
• Sale and management experience.
• Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Quickbooks)
  
  

Physical Demands And Work Environment

• Walking, sitting, standing, bending, crawling, squatting, kneeling, stepping, climbing, reaching, twisting, turning, grasping, squeezing, pulling, stretching, and balancing.
• Lift, hold and/or move up to 50 lbs or greater.
• Perform duties outdoors in all weather and in various temperatures and conditions.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Compensation Information

Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000 Base (depending on experience) + Bonus
