Bubble Down Car Wash is hiring an experienced, high-performing Site Manager to lead the launch and long-term success of our brand-new Riverview location, opening late July/early August.

This is more than just keeping the wash running—it’s a true business leadership role. From hiring and team development to sales, performance, and full P&L accountability, you’ll take ownership of every aspect of the site’s success from day one.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Leadership & Team Development

  • Successfully hire, train, and retain a high-performing team (12–20 employees)
  • Maintain a strong staffing pipeline and reduce turnover through team development
  • Conduct structured onboarding and ongoing employee training
  • Lead regular coaching sessions and performance reviews
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and pride in performance

Operations & Maintenance

  • Oversee and perform daily site and equipment maintenance to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment
  • Monitor wash performance, uptime, and maintenance needs
  • Manage inventory and consumables, placing timely and accurate orders
  • Enforce compliance with safety, cleanliness, and brand standards

Business & Financial Management

  • Own site-level P&L performance
  • Manage labor costs, track KPIs, and adjust strategy based on performance data
  • Submit daily and weekly reporting with clear commentary
  • Drive membership sales and top-line revenue through team engagement

Customer Experience & Sales

  • Create a high-energy, welcoming experience for every customer
  • Lead by example at the pay station and on the lot—visible and active daily
  • Train team members on membership sales and service excellence
  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism and follow-through

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Site Manager, General Manager, or comparable leadership role
  • Prior experience in car wash operations, retail, or service industry management
  • Strong understanding of P&L, labor control, and site performance metrics
  • Proven success in hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership presence
  • Willingness to work hands-on and outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Physically able to walk the site and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with tunnel wash systems, wash equipment, or high-volume service operations
  • Experience developing structured training programs and coaching for performance
  • Comfortable using business tools like Excel, POS systems, and cloud-based reporting tools
