Core Account Relationship Team Lead - Procurement-to-Pay

Job Description Summary

The Procure-to-Pay KAM Team Lead oversees the performance and development of a Global team responsible for managing critical supplier relationships and analyzing suppliers for supply chain finance payment options. The role involves ensuring the timely identification and resolution of issues within the Procure-to-Pay process, maintaining strong partnerships with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) providers, and acting as a liaison between the BPO and the Mergers & Acquisitions team.

The Procure-to-Pay KAM Team Lead will manage VIP escalations, handling high-priority payments or inquiries that require urgent attention.

Support the Procure to Pay Operations Director on new transitions into the Shared Service Center, including scoping, shaping, and standardization in preparation for handoff to the BPO.

Manage relationships with BPO – Indirect Procurement and Customer Service Delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

• BS/BA in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred; or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Indirect Procurement and Customer Service.
• 3+ years of management experience in Procure to Pay functions.
• SAP, JDE or related ERP experience preferred.
