Our team at ClearVista Behavioral Hospital provides professional, compassionate care for adults and seniors in need of behavioral health services. Specializing in treatment of symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, acute psychosis and other mental health crises. Our team of highly trained doctors and clinicians work closely to develop and oversee individualized care plans, with the goal of building the self-reliance and confidence needed for individuals to integrate safely back into their communities.

The Role Itself
- Oversees Counselors, Mental Health Therapists and Discharge Coordination.
- Maintains relationships with community referral sources and resources.
- Ensures consistent discharge planning, removing barriers.
- Implements hospital-approved programs consistently.
- Provides oversight to therapists, offering feedback.
- Ensures professional standards in interventions.
- Attends regular treatment team meetings.
- Actively participates in survey activities (TJC, Medicare, licensing).
- Coordinates performance improvement and monthly reporting.
- Participates in the complaint resolution process.
- Collaborates with the leadership team on hospital operations.
