FULL TIME LEAD CAREGIVER POSITION:
Hours: 7:00AM-5:00PM (Monday through Friday),
Helpful if able to work long assignments including LIVE IN for a few days to help start new Clients (Not Required)
Pay - $25.00 Per Hour. Plus, Overtime. Holidays Paid at Time and a Half

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be Ready to Start at 7:00AM
Cover Open Shifts as directed by the Service Coordinator when needed (Call Offs)
Start Care for New Client’s, Train and Transition to Caregivers who will be working with that Client
Doing Intro/Orientation for Caregivers with Clients that are new to them
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mentoring NEW Caregivers - (Under direction of the Director of Human Resources)
Training, Supporting and Encouraging NEW Caregivers as the start.
Documenting All Activities and Visits as needed
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Quality Assurance Visits (as directed Client Care team)
Documenting your Visit’s with Clients
Dropping off Supplies to Clients Homes (forms, gloves, etc.)
