Proposal Coordinator

Join our growing team as a Marketing Proposal Coordinator in either our Woodridge or Chicago, IL office. You’ll play a key role in driving proposal efforts in the Chicago region, managing various proposals, statements of qualifications, and short-list interviews. Ideal candidates are strong communicators with a solid work ethic who thrive in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with business development teams to craft impactful proposals
• Gather and screen solicitation inquiries for key clients and facilitate the go/no go process
• Direct the proposal pursuit process, including scheduling, content development and review, and leading proposal kick-off meetings
• Manage shortlist interview preparation, develop presentation content, and coach interview teams
• Create and maintain marketing data, project descriptions, and resumes
• Lead internal lessons learned sessions, conduct client debriefs and analyze lost pursuits
• Prepare qualifications packages and assist with marketing collateral development
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of the A/E/C industry procurement standards
• 5+ years of industry experience in a proposal development and production capacity
• Experience with large, complex proposal submittals is a plus
• Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus
