Position Summary: The Executive Assistant to the CEO is a strategic partner in maximizing the CEO’s efficiency and impact, ensuring seamless execution of priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role goes beyond administrative support, proactively managing high-level communications, critical initiatives, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, proactively managing priorities, identifying opportunities, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Drive key executive initiatives by tracking progress, managing deliverables, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support strategic decision-making by conducting research, preparing reports, and analyzing data on industry trends, competitor insights, and company performance.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and senior leadership, ensuring seamless communication and follow-through on critical business matters.
  • Optimize the CEO’s time by filtering priorities, managing information flow, and providing thoughtful recommendations for delegation.
  • Prepare executive briefings, talking points, and presentation materials for high-stakes meetings, board engagements, and industry events.
  • Lead and oversee special projects on behalf of the CEO, ensuring execution aligns with company goals and vision.
  • Strengthen organizational effectiveness by identifying and implementing process improvements within the executive office.
  • Maintain a pulse on internal and external business dynamics, anticipating challenges and providing strategic solutions to support the CEO’s vision.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, owners, brand partners, and industry leaders, representing the CEO’s office with professionalism and credibility.
  • Ensure the CEO remains focused on high-impact initiatives by managing competing demands, mitigating distractions, and providing insights on time allocation.
  • Oversee executive-level event planning, including leadership retreats, strategic offsites, and critical meetings that shape company direction.
  • Provide oversight and guidance on confidential and high-priority matters, ensuring alignment with company culture and leadership priorities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in executive support, preferably in hospitality or a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence and ability to interact effectively with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive business matters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools; experience with travel and expense management systems preferred.
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and drive efficiency in executive operations.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed for executive meetings, corporate events, and business engagements.
