Swipe Say Easy is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless customer experience. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
• Assist with account setup and troubleshooting technical issues.
