This individual will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless customer experience.   • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
  • Assist with account setup and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and customer support tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
