- Plan and execute events from start to finish, ensuring they align with client objectives and branding.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure quality services within budget.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
- Develop and manage event budgets, tracking all expenses and ensuring financial accountability.
- Work closely with marketing teams to promote events and drive attendance through various channels.
- Set deadlines and manage timelines for all event-related activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or management with a strong portfolio of past events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
