We’re adding a hands-on manager to our talent team. You'll lead a high-performing, high-volume team at a rapidly growing, global prop-tech company. You’ll will partner with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Evolve our talent acquisition strategy, aligning it with company growth plans and workforce needs
- Lead and mentor a high-performing recruiting team
- Optimize talent acquisition operations and reporting.
- Maximize use of Paycom ATS
- Personally recruit and fill high-profile roles.
- Create a consistently excellent candidate experience across all touchpoints
- Develop strategic partnerships with universities and community groups to create a talent pipeline.
- This role is hybrid - 4 days in office each week.
You should have
- 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience
- 5+ years leading an in-house team
- Experience hiring across a variety of functions, especially go-to-market, finance, product/engineering and customer facing roles.
- Track record of driving measurable recruiting outcomes
- Excellent communication skills
