Role Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead a high-performing clinic team. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in team development, operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional patient care. The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing clinic functions, ensuring compliance with policies, and fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Essential Job Duties

  • Lead and maintain a well-equipped, safe, and efficient clinic while optimizing workflow processes.
  • Hire, mentor, and support a team of RN Case Managers, Clinic RNs, Medical Assistants, and other clinic staff, ensuring engagement and well-being.
  • Analyze data trends to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities; conduct root cause analyses to enhance care delivery processes.
  • Oversee nursing and clinic staff to ensure accurate documentation and timely interventions in patients' care plans, including responding to physician orders and completing assessments.
  • Collaborate with medical leadership, providers, case managers, and other team members to evaluate and improve care coordination and service quality.
  • Serve as the audit lead for clinical and nursing elements during regulatory audits, working closely with leadership to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to maintain and enhance operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related healthcare field preferred (equivalent professional experience may be considered).
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) state license.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing an ambulatory clinic, including RN, LVN, and MA staff; equivalent leadership experience in a high-volume outpatient setting may be considered.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience working with frail or elderly patients.
