Candidate Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and experience
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide effective recruitment support.
Offer Negotiation: Negotiate and extend competitive job offers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (UKG).
Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
