  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide effective recruitment support.
  • Offer Negotiation: Negotiate and extend competitive job offers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (UKG).
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
