About the Role:

Are you passionate about hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences? We are seeking a dedicated AirBnB Property Manager to oversee (1) stunning vacation rental property.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of AirBnB listings, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Manage booking inquiries, reservations, and guest communications efficiently.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates.
• Act as maid for house cleanings and coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest ready.
• Monitor guest reviews and feedback, addressing issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to optimize pricing strategies.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in property management or hospitality, preferably with AirBnB.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse guests.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple properties.
• Familiarity with property management software and booking platforms.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest relations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits.

Pay:

15% of net sales + $200 per clean
