- Prepare, review, and administer Master Subcontract Agreements, Subcontracts, and Supplier Purchase Orders.
- Manage and track the full contract lifecycle, ensuring timely execution.
- Utilize DocuSign to facilitate contract signing and secure approvals.
- Analyze and negotiate contract terms when revisions are requested.
- Maintain ongoing communication with project stakeholders throughout the contract process.
- Assist in mitigating company risk through contract compliance and best practices.
- Order and manage bonds and insurance related to contracts.
- Maintain well-organized documentation, ensuring accurate filing and record-keeping.
- Proof and format professional documents as needed.
- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in maintaining legal and financial compliance throughout the contract process.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and DocuSign.
- Professional demeanor with strong ethics and integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience in contract administration, commercial construction, or legal document management.
- Familiarity with AIA, DBIA, and licensing software.
- Experience with Vista by Viewpoint is a plus.
