ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • For repair, maintenance, inspection and approved modification of all instrument and electrical equipment.
  • Work with supervision, as called for by the daily work schedules, on all Maintenance work in his area of responsibility.
  • Work emergency work orders that are assigned by the Supervisor.
  • Keep track of man-hours against each job worked.
  • Keep I&E Supervisor fully informed on work progress, emergency jobs, other interruptions to the schedule, and job completion.
  • Must be able to perform with safe, efficient, and economical execution of all maintenance work scheduled or assignments. Includes clean-up at the jobsite upon completion of each job.
  • Do not work in any area or conditions that you consider and/or judge to be unsafe. Do not use materials that are not up to standard or specification and to report these conditions to the I&E Supervisor immediately.
  • Participate in pro-active team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Comply with all company policies, practices and procedures.
  • Must be able to work after hour and on the weekend.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Participate on call duty roster.

Other Responsibilities

  • Maintain complete and open lines of communication with other personnel, functions, or departments to facilitate operations and interaction in the organization.
  • Keep supervisor informed of status and progress, ensuring that regular and periodic communication takes place.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and keeping abreast of industry trends and related compliance issues within the area of responsibilities.
  • Maintain professional conduct, attendance, and high ethical standards in the workplace, complying with company’s policies and procedures.
  • Fulfill mandatory training requirements applicable for department and job duties as appropriate.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by supervisor or management.
