What You'll Do
The Residential Coach is an out-of-ratio position, responsible for the daily performance of their respective teams. Success will be primarily measured through your individual and team outcomes, achieving your individual targets/goals, and your contribution to your overall program team/department and your buy-in to the culture of the organization.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
- B.A. or B.S. preferably in a related human services field is preferred.
- 2 years’ experience in behavioral healthcare (QMHP required) + one year of experience working at Alexander Youth Network is preferred.
- Displays the capacity/coachability to future growth and development as a leader.
- Valid Driver's License
