Description

Reports to the Director of Information Technology. Manages the development and maintenance of software programs to assist various departments in casino operations.

Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for all communications/upgrades/enhancements for various software system providers, i.e., Konami, Great Plains, William hill, etc.;
  • Develops or manages the development of programs such as host management, work order maintenance, sports book tracking, etc., as needed to support all departments.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the I.T. Department in relation to the different software systems and programs such as Optima, Micros, Plantronics, Konami, Domain logins etc.;
  • Maintain existing custom programs;
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned.

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

  • College degree preferred, High School or GED required
  • 5+ years related IT experience required, 2-4 years in a casino environment preferred

Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.

  • Other physical demands of this job may include but are not limited to: sitting, bending, lifting, reaching, pulling/pushing, kneeling, squatting, grasping, lifting, carrying and maneuvering up to 25 lbs.

Salary Range

$85,000 - $135,000
