Description
Reports to the Director of Information Technology. Manages the development and maintenance of software programs to assist various departments in casino operations.
Essential Job Functions
- Responsible for all communications/upgrades/enhancements for various software system providers, i.e., Konami, Great Plains, William hill, etc.;
- Develops or manages the development of programs such as host management, work order maintenance, sports book tracking, etc., as needed to support all departments.
- Communicate and coordinate with the I.T. Department in relation to the different software systems and programs such as Optima, Micros, Plantronics, Konami, Domain logins etc.;
- Maintain existing custom programs;
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
- College degree preferred, High School or GED required
- 5+ years related IT experience required, 2-4 years in a casino environment preferred
