The Plant Operations Director will drive operational excellence for Checkpoint’s Manufacturing and Distribution Facility, located in Canton.
This position is responsible for the manufacturing of Alpha branded products, and products produced for an outside entity (such as CCL), meet the timely, efficient and effective production standard of high-quality products.
This role will oversee and manage all aspects of plant and distribution operations including Digital Label Printing Department, Finance, Human Resources, and Scheduling.
Lead the Site Managers and employees across multiple shifts to meet sales and customer requirements, financial budgets and KPIs.
