Bring the energy. Hype the crowd. Rep the Skulls. The Tucson Sugar Skulls are looking for high-energy, confident, and outgoing individuals to join the Skull Squad—our official hype team dedicated to elevating the fan experience at all home games and the National Championship Game this August, right here in Tucson, inside the Boneyard. If you're passionate about football, love performing, and know how to work a crowd, we want YOU!
What You’ll Do:

• Bring the hype to all remaining Tucson Sugar Skulls home games
• Represent the team on and off the field during in-game activations and fan interactions.
• Engage fans in fun, high-energy promotions throughout the game
• Be camera-ready and crowd-confident, because the spotlight will be on you.
• Assist with game-day setup and breakdown (must be able to lift 50 lbs or more)
• Participate in the National Championship Game in August at the Boneyard We’re Looking For:
• Enthusiastic personalities with great energy and crowd presence
• Individuals are comfortable on camera and in front of large crowds
• People who love engaging with fans and creating fun, interactive moments
