Receiver

A Receiver job in Prescott Valley is available at Milgard Windows and Doors. You must have one plus year of relevant experience with incoming inventory and exposure operating a Forklift. You will be responsible for receiving and inspecting all goods and materials, both raw material and finished goods.

• Perform departmental activities per standard operating procedures, MITER operating system, and Philosophy.
• Receive raw material and verify against the packing slip.
• Accurately received goods to the proper account.
• Supply material as needed and/or requested to the production line and other departments. Accurately received goods to the proper account.
• Assist in preparation for, and completion of inventory. Generate barcode labels as required.
• Keep all parts in responsibility adequately always stocked. Communicate with a supervisor or Purchasing Department when materials/supplies are running low.
• Incorporates MITER’s vision and values into day-to-day activities and behaviors; guides and motivates others to remain committed to the MITER Guiding Principles.
• Adheres to all facets of safety policies and procedures

• One year of incoming inventory/materials experience in a manufacturing setting 
• Forklift experience with the ability to obtain certification onsite is required (Must have a valid CA Driver’s License)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted 
• Ability to self-manage and multi-task 
• Ability to work in, and promote, a team environment
