Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, software, and infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities1. Service Delivery Oversight: Manage the delivery of technical services, including delivery planning, execution, and monitoring.

• Team Management: Lead a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring that services are delivered to the required quality standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Budgeting and Cost Management: Manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with service delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that services are delivered to the required quality standards, and implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards.
• Reporting and Analytics: Develop and provide regular reports, dashboards, and analytics to support informed decision-making.
• Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies
  
  

Salary Range: $140,000-$160,000 a year
