Production Logistics Coordinator Job Details

• Identify and report non-compliant performance in regards to Standards of Conduct and other Company policies to Warehouse Production Manager/Supervisor, recommend and participate in disciplinary actions with Production Manager/Supervisor;
• Helps ensure the accuracy of all inventory by reviewing that inventory management procedures are being met and followed correctly;
• Participate and make recommendations to Warehouse Management and IT leadership team involving the truck loading software program.
• Maintain documents and files in a timely and accurate manner.
• Track and maintain daily/weekly production operation forms including recaps and training guides.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner as defined in the HBC safety policy. Must be able to fulfill essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
• Operate different kinds of forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move product to/from trucks and staged throughout the warehouse which includes vertical racks.
• Adequately fill and maintain the “pick” locations with product for production (night) crew.
• Maintain product organization to ensure efficient and timely location of product by all crew members. Follow the computerized system and keep it updated to what is happening.
• Pick orders for all delivery routes going out the following day.
• The checker ensures that product has been pulled correctly in preparation of delivery.
• Duty requires repetitive removal of product (cases) from the conveyer belt to be placed on a pallet, building it up to required height and wrapping the pallet with plastic film so that it can be staged for loading.
• Moving the product after it has been checked and organizing so that it can be properly loaded.
• Inventory- tracking and confirming inventory.
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Pre-employment Background Check and 4-panel drug test
• Able to lift/push/pull/carry cases of beverage weighing 20-50 lbs consistently throughout your shift
