In this multifaceted role, you will partner with the Executive Director while supporting vital programming that makes a tangible difference in the community.
What You'll Do
- Executive Support: Serve as the trusted right hand to the Executive Director, managing communications, drafting correspondence, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Program Support: Assist with client core services, community outreach initiatives, and program development.
- Board Relations: Coordinate board meetings, prepare materials, and ensure effective governance communication.
- Operations & Projects: Track high-priority initiatives, develop communication materials, manage data analysis, and coordinate external relations.
- A motivated professional with exceptional organization and communication skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Adobe, Canva, and other digital tools
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
- Passionate about social impact and committed to supporting survivors
- Team-oriented with a warm personality and excellent listening skills
- Knowledgeable about or willing to learn about domestic violence issues
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of administrative experience
- Experience in nonprofit sector preferred
- Excellent computer and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- Flexible part-time schedule (Mon 11am-4pm, Tues-Fri 10am-4pm)
