Position Summary: The Home Based Therapist provides outpatient mental health services, including individual and family counseling in clients' homes, communication with the court system, and documentation per HIPAA and other standards. Caseload is limited to 12 clients.

- Conduct family intake assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Provide therapy and document treatment progress.
- Participate in supervision and crisis intervention on-call.
- Maintain communication with parents and service providers.
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment teams.
- Adhere to ethical standards and maintain licensure.
- Demonstrate clinical judgment and comply with policies.
