Leidos-QTC Health Services is seeking a Medical Case Manager with Top Secret clearance and polygraph for Occupational Health services in Chantilly, Virginia.
Responsibilities: Provide case management for injured or recovering clients, conduct clinical assessments, coordinate services, and maintain accurate records.
Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
Education & Experience: Bachelor's in Nursing or related field, RN/NP/PA license in Virginia, and 5+ years of case management experience.
Preferred: Certified Case Manager certification.
Pay: $54-60/hr with benefits.
