Dispatcher

ECS Transportation Group is looking to hire the right individuals to become part our dynamic Dispatch team.

Duties Include, but not limited to:

• Assign Chauffeurs
• Assign Vehicles
• Manage chauffeur movement
• Prepare assignments for following shift
• Check airport arrivals
• Prepare maps
• Assist chauffeurs
• Prepare next day schedule
• Maintain vehicle inventory
• Some mechanical IQ (for decision making)
• Ability to think/process information on the fly
• Ability to multi-task
• Understanding of airport operations
• Customer service skills for chauffeurs
• Carry out typical office tasks
• Good telephone voice and etiquette
