Navigator RN - Hematology Oncology Clinic

The Oncology Nurse Navigator (ONN) is a registered nurse who supports patients throughout their cancer care journey, addressing their physical, psychological, and social needs. Key responsibilities include providing information and education to reduce stress, empowering patient involvement in care, enhancing understanding of treatment decisions, and facilitating survivorship planning. Required qualifications include an Oregon RN license, BLS certification, and three years of oncology experience.
