Summary
Responsible for providing support to the assigned department by performing a wide range of administrative tasks.
General Responsibilities
- Assisting management with daily tasks such as typing correspondence, entering data into a computer, filing records and answering phones.
- Under direct supervision, may be responsible for entry-level functions that may involve receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail; organizing and scheduling appointments; handling customer inquiries and maintaining office supplies.
- Performs other clerical duties that may be needed under the direction of management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
0 – 2 years general office work experience.
Technical Proficiency
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook and Excel. May require proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications.
