Job Duties To Include

  • Answer phones and transfer calls to the correct personnel, take payments over the phone, schedule appointments and update customers information.
  • Be professional and polite.
  • Process disconnection paperwork.
  • Handle voicemails and emails and respond accordingly.
  • Must be comfortable using a computer with two screens, retain information, have attention to detail, and be dependable.
  • Candidates need to have strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Need to have good time management skills.
  • Must be able to multitask.

Monday thru Friday 8:00-5:00 pm.

Health insurance, 401k with matching contributions, PTO and paid holidays.

Must be able to communicate in English as well as pass a background and drug test.

Valid Florida driver's license and social security card.
