Your Role with Us: This is a full-time, in-office position where your work will directly contribute to our team's success. You will be responsible for a range of tasks from hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to preparing detailed reports and construction plans. While this role does not have supervisory responsibilities, it offers a pathway to significant professional development within a supportive and energetic team environment

Required Skills

  • Graduates holding a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, eager to apply their knowledge and skills in a real-world setting
  • Individuals with 0-3 years of experience, ready to tackle complex engineering challenges using advanced modeling software
  • New professionals who have passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam, with the goal of obtaining Texas Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certification within 6 months
  • Candidates with a strong foundation in technical writing and communication, proficient in Microsoft Office and PDF editing tools, who can develop and maintain relationships with peers, clients, and public agency staff
