What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, to foster collaboration and trust.
• Anticipate challenges, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Manage project timelines, and details with precision, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and clear communication.
• Utilize Excel and strong math skills to manage project data accurately.

• A critical thinker with a proactive, sales-oriented approach.
• Highly organized and responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to navigate professional conversations and grow networks.
• Experience in construction, masonry, project engineering, project management, or related fields is a plus, but we’re open to candidates with varied experience (e.g., engineering degree, PM experience, or hands-on industry knowledge).
• Proficiency in Excel and a strong aptitude for math are required.
