TITLE: Production Supervisor
SARALY: $60K - $80K
LOCATION: De Soto, KS
Objective of the Production Supervisor: Managing and directing production processes while ensuring optimum utilization of resources to increase cost savings, quality, yields, output, and efficiency of production.

Objective of the Production Supervisor: Managing and directing production processes while ensuring optimum utilization of resources to increase cost savings, quality, yields, output, and efficiency of production.
Responsibilities
- Assigning responsibilities to production employees
- Preparing work schedules
- Production planning
- Coaching employees
- Enforcing company policies and guidelines
- Ensuring all process equipment is functioning correctly, and ready for daily production
- Hiring, and arranging required training, scheduling
- Quality control, inspection bullet points, and outlining company specifications
- Inspect production output according to spcifications
- Guide and coach employees monitoring their productivity, record and track progress
- Plan employee shifts and work schedules according to daily production requirements
- Coordinate job assignments and cross training between and within divisions or departments
- Provide feedback on employee work performance, via reviews
- Prepare reports and updates for upper management
- Organize events that will make positive impact on employees
- Setting objectives: Communicating daily, Weekly, or Monthly Objectives to employees
- 3-5 years experience in production planning / operations management in a production plant.
- Fluent Japanese skill and Business English Skill.
- Knowledge about CAL/OSKA is preferred.
