
POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for providing excellent customer service and comprehensive administrative support for the HR department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient delivery of HR-related responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
Manage the Human Resource email box. Answer general questions in accordance with Bank policy and refer other questions to the appropriate person for assistance.
- Perform Onboarding for New Hires in an accurate and timely manner.
- Send Welcome emails to new hires and Exit emails to associates who resign.
- Scan documents to employee files.
- Track and record a variety of HR related information.
- Prepare reports.
- Complete verifications of employment.
- Create and submit accurate reports to internal and external entities as assigned.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in an HR related field.
Required Knowledge: Understanding of Human Resources purpose and responsibilities. Knowledge of employment related laws and regulations preferred.
Experience Required: Two + years as HR Assistant or Administrator preferred.
Skills/Abilities: Strong analytical skills. Organized and detail-oriented. Able to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Effective project management abilities.
Monday- Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
