Job Description
The ideal busser is guest-focused, can adapt to change easily, has the ability to solve problems and multi-task, and is proactive and approachable.
Major Responsibilities Include
- Cleaning various areas of the restaurant
- Taking out garbage and recyclables (if applicable) to compactor or dumpster
- Preparing rolls
- Preparing lemons
- Cleaning tables by removing all plates, silverware, glasses and garbage to the dish area and wiping down the table and seating
- Restocking ice
- Sweeping floors
Requirements:
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Able to speak English
- Able to lift and carry 20 pounds
- Must work with a sense of urgency and have a positive attitude
- Able to work well under pressure and effectively problem solve
- Able to meet deadlines
- Able to analyze information
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a busser in a full service restaurant desired
