Education and/or Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred
- Prior experience in a construction or engineering environment is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to identify and solve problems effectively
- Capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness and ability to learn new software programs
- Strong commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated interest in progressing to a Project Manager role
