Position: Sorting Assistant/Picker
Pay Rate: $28 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dedicated and organized Sorting Assistant/Picker to join our warehouse team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sorting and picking products accurately, ensuring they’re ready for packing and shipment. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in your attention to detail, we’d love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort products based on order specifications, type, or destination
• Pick items from the shelves quickly and accurately based on order requirements
• Inspect products for defects, damage, or discrepancies before sorting and picking
• Use handheld scanners and inventory systems to track and manage products
• Ensure the proper organization of picked items to prepare for packing or shipping
• Work closely with team members to maintain smooth warehouse operations
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures

What You Bring:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy
• Comfortable using scanners and other warehouse technology
• Ability to lift and move products regularly and stand for extended periods
• Team-oriented attitude and a commitment to meeting deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent
