Activity Aide Responsibilities:

  • Assist with planning, organizing, and leading engaging recreational activities for residents
  • Encourage participation and help residents stay active and socially involved
  • Set up and clean up activity areas
  • Support residents' emotional and social well-being through meaningful interactions
  • Work collaboratively with the Activities Director and other departments


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a healthcare or senior care setting is a plus
  • Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to motivate and connect with residents of varying needs and abilities
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
