Markade Plumbing is a commercial plumbing company doing work throughout the greater Phoenix & surrounding areas. We have been in business for 19 years. We are in need of a part-time administrative assistant to help pick up the slack from others. This is a position for someone that can switch from doing one task to another. This position will start out being part-time (30 hours) a week. There is potential of this position becoming a full time with benefits.

  • Assisting with keeping projects on track through BuilderTrend
  • Assist with scheduling delivers for projects (backhoe, gravel, lifts, etc..)
  • Track lien waivers
  • File Preliminary liens
  • Request certificate of insurance
  • 10-key data entry
  • Account Payables data entry
  • Assist Purchaser, tracking of tools, vehicle maintenance, credit card purchases
  • Purchase & inventory Office supply as needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Work, Excel, Outlook
  • Proficient with PDF documents
  • Good communicator
  • Spanish speaking a plus
  • Answer phones
