Responsibilities

The Delivery Manager plans and directs successful external client onboarding and/or delivery of products, solutions, services, and programs within the MCP portfolio. Delivery activities focus on leading and coordinating people to ensure successful integration, diffusion, and adoption of MCP offerings within external organizations.

The Delivery Manager has overall responsibility for planning, executing, and coordinating activities ensuring goals are well-defined and aligned with business objectives, identifying tasks required to meet goals, and taking accountability for schedules and budgets. Serves as a subject matter expert related to delivering MCP products, solutions, and programs and produces deployment and onboarding plans. Communicates delivery details and schedules to key stakeholders as required. Facilitates creative problem-solving, decision-making and change management, taking prudent actions to accomplish objectives under minimal supervision. Continually works towards making improvements in the onboarding process including standards, guidelines, tools, checklists, templates, methodologies and investigates new approaches to delivery of information. Utilizes frameworks, guidelines, and best practices to ensure best in class delivery and adoption and collaborates with MCP Training & Education to enhance deployments. Ensures compliance with policies, processes, procedures and provides leadership with key performance indicator data (i.e., throughput, risks, issues and successes) and recommendations for improvement.

To ensure smooth delivery and integration, the incumbent serves as a liaison between the client and MCP Services, Legal, Referring Physicians Office, and technical teams. Builds close relationships with internal and external partners, to coordinate delivery logistics and foster a collaborative, innovative and efficient working culture, and team performance.

This position calls for experience in project management, change management and process improvement. Collaborates with and nurtures trusted relationships with other MCP leadership and our partners to develop and implement systems and processes to monitor, ensure, and improve product/solution/program delivery and end-user satisfaction. Leverages structured feedback loops from clients, account managers to leadership.

Strong written and oral communication skills are essential in support of leading discussions with health care executives, professionals, and physicians. Presentation skills are required to present information and concepts to large and small groups and committees.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in business, healthcare, finance or other related professional degree and 6 or more years of business management experience with responsibilities for small/medium project management activities is required.

Demonstrated institutional knowledge and experience leading with influence in support of orchestrating autonomous teams. Possesses good decision-making and judgment capabilities.

Incumbent must be comfortable with ambiguity and be able to inspire trust and confidence and communicate effectively with internal and external audiences. Must be proficient in use of various change management tools and processes. Demonstrated leadership skills, including team building, conflict resolution, and creative problem solving. May need to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Master’s degree preferred

Possesses strong broad-based knowledge of project management methodologies, standards, and tools. Ability to work in complex environment with multi-dimensional points of view.
