As a Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will make your mark by building recruitment marketing campaigns and strategies to help attract top talent to Ochsner Health. You will use your creative talents to highlight Ochsner's unique culture, employee stories and career opportunities by building attraction strategies to help increase candidate pipelines.
The goal of the Recruitment Marketing Specialist is to help attract talent to the organization by positioning Ochsner Health as an employer of choice. You will support recruitment marketing efforts through graphic design, web content, blog writing, video editing, project management, email marketing, creative social posts and strategies, storytelling, job posting sponsorship campaigns and more.
The Recruitment Marketing Specialist will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager of Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand. This position is housed under the Human Resources Division & Talent Acquisition Department and will require exclusive focus on employment brand and recruitment pipeline. This position will also require close collaboration with Ochsner's System Marketing Team to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
