Description
SHINE Technologies is seeking a Construction/Maintenance Planner who will be responsible for drafting and review of construction Work Packages, including the incorporation of stakeholder comments, routing of Work Packages for final signature, and closure. The Construction/Maintenance planner will be proficient with compiling daily quantity report data and providing accrued, accurate mechanical installation completion percentages to the applicable Construction schedule. The Construction/Maintenance planner is responsible for planning, tracking and executing required preventative maintenance (PMs) with relevant stakeholders. The Construction/Maintenance planner will have the responsibility of owning and managing the M&TE program for Construction, including tracking calibration of instruments, sending off instruments for calibration, and ensuring proper storage, check-out/check-in of M&TE. The individual will also attend and participate in daily departmental planning sessions.
The base salary range for this position is $73,000/year-$136,000/year plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Duties And Responsibilities
Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work closely with the Site Construction Manager to develop, establish, and implement Construction Work Packages including but not limited to the supporting Work Instruction programs and procedures as required to self-perform construction.
- Provide construction expertise in support of the design and construction of the facility, such as: system descriptions, training materials, construction work packages, and system walk-downs.
- Define and coordinate work plan activities (work packages, schedule input, weekly completion tracking) which enable construction tasks to be performed effectively and efficiently.
- Manage Work Package inputs through installation to completion and acceptance.
- Perform other duties as requested or assigned
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering preferred but not necessary.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a maintenance supervisory or planning role strongly preferred.
- Project Controls / Oracle P6 Scheduling experience.
- Experience in Navy Nuclear or nuclear facility engineering, operations, maintenance, or equivalent in an NRC or DOE regulated environment desired but will train the proper candidate.
- Experience with computerized construction systems/project control systems.
- Strong computer skills to including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Office, Excel)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
